Would You Recommend the Weight Watchers Online Program?
I need to lose weight-but I want a "lifestyle" change-I’m only 22, I have a 1 yr old and a 2 yr old and I just want to lose about 40 pounds-keep it off and life a healthy life for me and my kids. Is the Weight Watchers online program something that sounds good for me? Have you tried it? What’s the difference between the online program and the meetings?

I have been on Weight Watchers for 16 weeks now and have lost 25 pounds. I do both the meetings and the online program. Online has what they call e-tools and you can track your weight and there are helpful tools to track your points each day. It also has message boards and recipes. At the meetings, you can learn a lot of information from people who have been doing the program for a while. For me, the meetings are a better motivator. I have to show up and weigh in. At home I "cheat" more than if I go to the group.
I didnt do the meetings or the online program.
I got the book of a friend and copied the pages with all the points off food on.
Weight watchers is great
But i would rather go to groups because then yoru not along your with other people trying to achieve the same thing.
Do you have to pay?
And if you do I wouldnt recommend it.
But if you dont then I would! =)
Because you can lose weight easily at home (create an exercise routine) which means more time with your kids and you can buy weight watchers from shops.
Weight Watchers sounds like it would be perfect for you. You sound like you have the right attitude – it is a lifestyle change. Weight Watchers helped me to break some very bad habits with what and how much I ate…
