I’m on weight watchers and I have 45 points I just started and it is kind if difficult to use up all of my points every single day. Plus I eat tons of fruit and vegetables so those are 0 points. But anyways will I still lose weight if I dont use all of my points?

You will still lose some weight, but not as much if you’re not keeping your regiment consistent. I know that weight watchers changed their program, making fruits/veggies 0 points, but in my opinion that was a mistake, since some fruits are high in sugar which does turn into fat (such as grapes and pineapple) and avocados are high in fat (good fat, but they are still high in calories – they equal about 9 points for a whole avocado). 45 points sound like a lot to use up, but try cooking with olive oil, or putting that on your salads (it’s very healthy and is worth a lot of points – 1 tbsp equals 4 points).
Hey there,
I came across Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat Programe on the net it’s very interesting and explains in a free video how it works.
watch it for yourself is Free!
Just copy and paste the link into your web browser.
Best of luck!
you’re probably doing welll if you aren’t using all your points. some people would need/desire more points because they’re still hungry, but you seem to be the opposite so good for you!! In short, I’d say yes!
I think you will. As long as you’re getting all the vitamins and proteins you need and don’t feel fatigued.
Hey my friend had the same problem but he was determinded and got the solution to his weight problem and are working of the extra belly fat. It worked for him in a short time. I am sure that you can achieve the same results. With dedication you can lose a lot of pounds easily.
Good Luck!
I think you’d lose more:P
you may. most people I know though and have read about suggest counting calories as well or you may gain weight or just not lose anything
