Will weight watchers shed my belly fat and manboobs?
January 17th, 2010 | by The Doc |John asked:
I know weight watchers works, cuz I watched a couple people lose like 20 lbs in a month and a half on it. I am going to be running like crazy and doing the program without cheating, and doing it correctly. Will I finally lose the excess 20 lbs I have put on since high school? Im 21 years old. Thanks

if followed correctly, and mirrored with a proper exercise regiment, you should be able to lose the weight no problem,
My sister in-law lost 40lbs or more in 6 months on it.

weight watchers
No,
you need to work out and exercise. You need to tone up and eat better. There is no magic pill or potion that exists. If you want to lose weight then you need to apply yourself.

Yes, you will. You have faith in the program, you have self-discipline, and you believe in yourself and your ability to lose those pounds.
Keep us posted on your progress.
Good luck! – Stuart

There’s a good chance it will work for you. Your genetics are the final determinant in where you gain/lose weight, but belly and mammaries are two places that are often effected by diet and weight loss. Good luck!

yess. (: my mom has been on weight watchers for almost 3 years and has lost over 100 pounds. you just need to stick to it and exercise. she makes things that she used to like but in a healthy way like sweet potato fries instead of french fries, and pizza made with polenta instead of dough.
good luck! (:

Cardio is really good for the belly fat and “manboobs”..it helps greatly. and yes, weight watchers will make you lose the weight if you do the program and exercise properly. Good luck with the manboob thing, I have the same problem!!

You have seen people lose 20 pounds in a month with it? They must have had A LOT of weight to lose because the more weight a person has to lose the quicker it comes off.
Weight Watchers will help you lose weight, but I thought it’s reputation is that weight loss is slow. I also think it doesn’t really teach you how to eat, it just assigns food “points” so basically it’s calorie counting without you actually learning the cals in food

It sounds like you are really motivated – I think you will do it. I lost an average of 2 pounds per week but some weeks were a Little better than others.
