As long as you still hold to the plan, you will still lose the weight.
Drinking water keeps you healthier in general, and drinking water can make you feel more full without eating as much.
Also, a lot of the time, people misinterpret feelings of thirst as feelings of hungry, so it’s harder to stay on the diet if you aren’t drinking enough water.
water fills you up and there is no cal.
It is important because the water helps fill you up and feel more satisfied. You will always burn calories more efficiently if you are properly hydrated.
Water helps to flush all the bad toxins out of your body it also helps keep you feeling fuller longer. It is a big step to weight loss and helps it to be long term weight loss. Your body is 98% water after all!
Water actually expands as it gets warm and makes you feel full so when you are on any diet it will help you to lose weight. Really does work and helps your skin look nicer too.
~ drinking water a must regardless of any weighloss program…we should drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day,,,this will help the body flush out waist,,,,and keep the body hydrated….usually we dont drink this much water,,,,we tend to drink diet soda’s inplace of water,,,,,,,,trust me,,,,,if you drink 8 8oz of water,,,,,,eat sensibly ,,,,you will lose weight,,,,
our bodies need the water…………..
water feels you up
sometimes when your hungry drinking a glass of water may help you decide if you was just craving food
Water is importent with all sensible diets as a well hydrated body will function better especially when it comes to exercise. Alot of fatigue and headaches can come from just being dehydrated.
Water binds with fibre in the digestive system to remove waist products, so since a sensible diet includes plenty of fibre you need water to make constipation less of a probability.
Good luck with your weight loss efforts.
