Why Am I Having a Hard Time on the Point Plus Weight Watchers System?
Okay, so i have been on weight watchers for a while and lost like 15lbs on the old system. Now that the new system started ( point plus) I just have been messing up a lot. I can’t seem to find anything to eat because all the points are higher on the food. Even though you get more points it still doesn’t even out. Any tips on what you do? Or what you eat?

Even though the points values have gone up it shouldn’t matter because your daily points target has increased as well. Also, you can have unlimited fruit and veggies except (corn, peas, potatoes). I too am used to the old plan and found a bit of adjusting needed to occur when I started the new plan. You are probably having trouble adjusting which alot of us are. I am reaching for more fruits which I didn’t eat a lot of before, as well as vegetables when I’m hungry instead of reaching for high point foods.
You need to forget everything you knew from the old system and start fresh with the new system. Alot of people have one foot in the old program and one in the new and that doesn’t work. Trust me I tried. You will do fine but will need to adjust your thinking. forget everything you know about the old plan, jump full force into the new plan, and it will be fine. Good luck!!
I make lots of the recipes and then i have smaller portions than i used to and then a plate full of veg. Have you join the monthly pass?? There are loads of ideas and recipes on the website. Ive been going for a couple of weeks now I lost 1.5 the first week then 4lbs the second week im really enjoying it
