What Type of Results Have You Had With Weight Watchers Flex Plan?

I just started a few weeks ago, and seem to have lost a few pounds, but just wanted to ask anyone who’ve used the plan on a long term basis, how much weight did you lose? How Long did it take you? And how frequently did you exercise?

I’ve been on Weight Watchers since the last week of January. I have lost 34 pounds so far following the Flex Plan. It took me just over 3 months to lose those 34 pounds.
The last couple of months, I haven’t been as diligent in tracking my points, so I have been gaining and losing the same 2 pounds for 8 weeks now. However, whenever I do journal and stay within my points, I lose weight. Just last week, I kept track of my points every day and lost 6.8 pounds in a week.
It’s a great program and I highly recommend it. I’ve never exercised, and it’s been very easy to lose the weight – as long as I actually follow the guidelines.
I got good results just by brisk walking at least 5 km a day regularly simultaneously you have to reduce your calories intake.
I loose 5 kg in 2 months by just above action.

Yes it works, but it is different for everyone. Don’t worry about other people’s results, so much. Just make sure you are following the diet as closely as possible, and always journal what you are eating. Try to exercise at least 3 times a week.

i’ve lost 61 lbs since last october. i’ve been a little stagnant lately, but i still track. i try to go to the gym three times a week, but sometimes weeks go by. i’m off for the summer, so i’ve beena little more active. (i have a four year old). i’m hoping to get a few more lbs off before school starts again.
just go slow and be patient. it’s pretty much permanent if you retrain yourself.
i’m gnawing on beef jerky as i write. 1 point per oz. and i can chew it for about 20 minutes. also eat oranges or grapefruits. they take a lot of time to peel, section etc… it saved me on my cruise. i can suck down cheesecake in about 20 seconds, but an orange takes me about five or ten minutes if i try.
