Saute some sliced apples or pears in a little bit of butter. Add a pinch of sugar and cinnamon. Serve over light or reduced fat ice cream or frozen yogurt.

I would suggest a Sugar free/Fat free Pudding or jello. With maybe some fruits that are high in vitamins. Apples, mango's, and or a low fat cottage cheese with fruit.

Fruit salad. Just take any sorts of fruit you like, and dice until all about the same size. (oranges, apples, grapes, strawberry and pineapple taste fantastic together) It's filling, healthy, and delicious. Don't forget to add a tsp. of white sugar and tiny bit of water. Stir together, and serve in ice cream dishes.

Yum!
