The site below has a bunch of WW recipes all with point values…
Saute some sliced apples or pears in a little bit of butter. Add a pinch of sugar and cinnamon. Serve over light or reduced fat ice cream or frozen yogurt.
This is a weight watcher’s dessert:
Layer graham crackers, low fat vanilla and chocolate pudding and cool whip, its almost like a cake but lighter and less fatty enjoy!
Here are a bunch of ideas with the Weight Watchers points included:

You’re a thoughtful daughter!
I would suggest a Sugar free/Fat free Pudding or jello. With maybe some fruits that are high in vitamins. Apples, mango’s, and or a low fat cottage cheese with fruit.
Fruit salad. Just take any sorts of fruit you like, and dice until all about the same size. (oranges, apples, grapes, strawberry and pineapple taste fantastic together) It’s filling, healthy, and delicious. Don’t forget to add a tsp. of white sugar and tiny bit of water. Stir together, and serve in ice cream dishes.
Yum!
