What Low Point Breakfast Foods Can I Eat on Weight Watchers?
I lost 30 pounds two years ago using Weight Watchers and basically every morning I had a pack of instant grits-which were 2 points. I am starting WW again but I am looking for more interesting breakfast meals-I have lunch and dinner taken care of-but breakfast just stumps me.

I highly suggest that you add some protein to your morning meal. If you don’t want to have eggs ALL the time, it’s best if you do at least sometimes. Egg beaters are great for that. They even come in flavors now (like southwestern, which has veggies like bell pepper and onion in them).
Yogurt is also an excellent breakfast option, and has calcium and protein. I like to mix frozen berries in with plain yogurt and splenda to stretch my points value into a bigger serving than the pre-made kind which often has sugar and/or hardly any fruit. Cottage cheese can be used in a similar manner.
You can also make up a smoothie with frozen fruit, protein powder and almond milk or some other kind of liquid.
No added sugar or sugar free flavored instant oatmeals are good, add milk for a bit of protein.
And, as a “treat” you can try a premade frozen WW or other “light” breakfast option to just zap in the microwave (though, I would not recommend too much frozen food or convenience food, I really think fresh ingredients are best).

The weight watchers yogurts are only 1 point! And if you buy low fat cottage cheese, that’s low in points, for 1/2 cup. I don’t remember how many points but I know it’s low. And I recently bought a package of WW cream cheese that’s already measured out for you, and that’s only 1 point too! I know you still need something to put it on, but… GL!
