What Is the Weekly Point Allowance on Weight Watchers?
You have the daily tracker of points, and then the weekly. Say you have 22 points you can have in one day, and then you have 35 weekly points you may have. What are weekly points? Is that how many you are allowed to go over in a week or something? Could not find the answer online on weight watchers. Just wondering. Thanks for your help!! ![]()

The weekly points are the same as daily basically but calculated on how much you weight and how active you are on the job and I believe there is one more factor.
ditch weightwatchers, it’s a scam!
buy a book on sports nutrition and read that instead, you’ll learn about food and how to watch what you eat, without counting ‘points’ and drinking sickly slim shakes.
trust me!
You have your daily points which you can calculate using this calculator. Its shows you how your points will change as you lose weight. It also explains the 35 weekly points below it

"In addition to the daily food points calculation, Weight Watchers allow 35 flexible points* each week that encourage you to indulge in the occasional treats without threatening your overall weight loss. This is a good way to learn control without deprivation."
People trial and error a little bit to establish whether using their flexi points or not are conducive to their weight loss.
