What is the formula to calculate the new Weight Watchers PlusPoints daily allowance?

At this point in time there is no formula, though I’m sure eventually someone will figure one out. Right now you only have 3 options:
1. Go to a meeting
2. Sign up for WW’s E-Tools
3. Buy a new points calculator (they now have the ability to calculate your daily point allowance)
