What Is a Good Way to Celebrate for Weight Watchers?
My friend and I were talking about incentive celebrations for weight watchers. Such as if you loose 10% of your starting body weight you’re supposed to celebrate that, and for me that will also be the amount I need to loose to change my point amount. Also, goals when we meet our target weight loss or other fitness goals.
We were wondering what some good ideas for prizes and incentives for sticking with the program are. I know that the health benifits should be a reward in itself, but something else would be nice too. For small thinngs, like 10% or something we want to go small, and save the big things for meeting the target. I don’t think food should be an option for a celebration.
My friend is male, and I am female. For my personal incentives, I’m thinking little accessories (a pair of earrings, bracelets, necklaces…) for the little goals, and for the ultimate one clothing (specifically Christian tees, such as ones from c28.com)
Is that a good idea? Any other suggestions? Thanks
