What Happens at a Weight Watchers Meeting ?

I’ve been thinking about joining Weight Watchers but the website is a little confusing and I find it vague. What can I expect if I join ? What happens at a meeting, what tools do they give you, about how much will it cost me, etc ?

I just finished a 12 week program which cost me $138. The first meeting they will do your initial weigh in (confidential), help you determine your daily point allowance, give you a slide calculator and the first in a series of 10 books that you will get each week with lots of great WW info.
Generally, after you do your weekly weigh in the meeting will consist of handing out awards to people that have reached a milestone (10 pounds, etc.), and then they will spend about half an hour or less providing relevant program information, motivation, etc.
