I like weight watchers, it works but the progress is slow. I have been working really hard to get a sexy body. I go to the gym every day, watch what I eat, but still could not get the body I wanted. That was until I found this body cleansing stuff. I was able to get the sexy body I wanted in 9 days. I did a 9 day cleanse and lost 10 pounds and 15 inches! This was GREAT! I had been working so hard for over a year to get this, and this program gave me what I wanted in 9 days. I found out that many body builders use this to get ready for competitions because the protein in the shakes builds muscle and the cleanse helps to get rid of the toxins stored in the fat cells. When the toxins are removed, the fat cells shrink and you definitely can tell in the way your clothes fit! I recommend this product for anyone wanting to get a better looking body quickly. I found out about it at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it is worth it! You can also get it at this website

lookup "burn the fat" on the web it is cheap and very useful or the biggest loser club try it you will be amazed at the results.
If you have lots of weight to loose, are very determined to loose it, need the support and encouragement , then join Weight Watchers.
I have a friend who joined WW because he needed the support, and lost a lot of weight.
However, If you think you can do it on your own, then start by subscribing to a fitness magazine like Oxygen or Fitness, read health & nutrition magazines like Prevention and Natural Health to gain further insight on how to develop healthy eating habits, join a gym and hire a trainer to work out for a month or two till you can build confidence in what you need to do in the gym, and do lots of research on how to go about it yourself.
Hey…if so many people have done it, so can you! Have you watched that show -The Biggest Looser? – That is quite an inspiring show for people like you who want to loose weight.
Good luck and don’t give up on getting yourself to the weight you want no matter how many times you slip up. It can be done. I did it too. I lost almost 50 lbs a few years ago myself through sheer willpower, exercise and good eating habits.
I have struggled with my weight all my life. The most weight I ever lost and the easiest weight I ever lost was on WW. I understand they have changed the program a lot since I was last on it, but it really comes down to finding something that you can stick with. DIETS DONT WORK!! You really do have to change your eating habits. WW is a great start to changing your eating habits. They make it easy and somewhat enjoyable by eating real food and decent portions. Give it a try. I dont think you will be disappointed.
I have been off and on weight watchers for about 5 yrs. The first time I lost 35 lbs. This time, (after having 2 babies, 15 mos apart), I have lost 25 lbs w/ 25 more to go. I am struggling more this time, but I am older and I decided to start at the start of winter. But if your motivation is strong, I think you can do it. Good luck, whatever you choose, and stay strong!!
I lost 25 pounds on weight watchers and use the program to pretty much stay in line. you can do it on line or go to meetings or they have a program you can buy. Weight Watchers track record is second to none they have been around for forty years . go to their website and another site is http://www.faddiets.com it gives pros and con re: all the main diets that are out there. I have read on more than one site that Weight Watchers is the best. It’s a lifestyle change and you use your own food. although they do sell their products at meetings and some grocery stores carry them.
There is also a free site called sparkpeople , it designs a program for you or you can do your own calorie counting. I did not care for it, but it sounds like there are a lot of people that have had success with it. So my opinion is Yes Weight Watchers is a good program
http://www.sparkpeople.com
i swear by it. and it’s free
sorry about the typo the first time
