im doing weight watchers but im on my own for dinner tonight. i need something very easy but filling to make for dinner. im not a cook at all so i need easy. also what are the points values for the recipes?

Potatoes vegetables and fish.
maybe fried chicken with spices and cottage cheese and tomatoes
When I was on Weight Watchers I made some soup I called Unlimited Soup. It’s basically a tomato based soup that contains only the vegetables that are very low in calories. Tomatoes, green beans, cabbage, onions, summer squash, okra, and any other veggie that is not starch. Season to taste,… salt, pepper or Mrs. Dash is good and low in sodium. I called it unlimited because you can pretty much eat as much as you want. I made and ate it on the days I seemed to never get full.
