What Are Some Good Food Items to Keep on Hand While on Weight Watchers?
I am on weight watchers and I’m doing a great job, but I’m trying to find out what things I should have my pantry and fridge stocked with at all times. I have soups, whole wheat pastas, 1 point individual serving popcorn, oatmeal, etc… What are some other great things to keep on hand at all times that can help me out when it’s time to make lunch or dinner?
I’m not retarded, I buy lower sodium soups.

strawberries are great for dessert or just for snacking on, you can have 10 for 0.5 points!
sugar free jelly is points free.
i suggest having a good variety of fresh and frozen veg, that way you can just throw a handful into a wok and stir-fry!
Soups: high in sodium not good. I’ve seen a can with over 1,000 sodium per servings. Do you know how many tablespoon of salt that was? You may be losing weight, but you’re increasing your risk for a heart attack.
Increase on fresh fruits & vegetables, spec. dark leafy, per week.
Rice, no popcorn, instead of pastas.
