tsk tsk!…jk. After I lost 70 pounds, I gained 10 pounds. Now I’ve lost that plus a lot more. You know what to do to get back on track…Just do it!
Track, track, track…workout, and drink your water…
be good to yourself! forget the gain.. start fresh tomorrow and give yourself a clap on the back – look how far you have come!! =]

We all have a week like that from time to time it is great that you are aware of why you gained! You are going to have an awesome week and the scale will be moving in the right direction once again.
I hate the days that all I want is carbs, carbs, carbs. I feel so guilty! I usually try to compromise with myself, lol. I still can’t believe I gained this past week. It’s only Monday and I’m dreading my Friday weigh in, cause I have no idea what’ll happen now since that was so unexpected.
Very small set back. I had the same problem last week. I went camping and just couldn’t stop eating after I got back! I had a 1.2 lb gain and am determined to lose that and more next week. It happens to us all

ugh i totally understand! Its ok, everyone is going to gain sometimes. thats actually something my Leader was talking to us about at my meeting this past Saturday. Just keep doing good like you are and it will be off plus some!
Dont worry about the gain. Just jump back on track today. I just came from a ww meeting today and gained .4. I was not happy and I’m still not happy. I’m like you, I was in the 160s until my gain today. Now I’m back in the 170s. I did everything right last week so I don’t know why I gain. Maybe its my aunt flo, thats coming into town this week, lol. We both are going to focus this week and get it back off. Keep up the good work, ur doing great.

100 pounds!!!! Oh man, that just ROCKS!!!! You have been soooo successful on WW and an inspiration to many! We all battle those old habits, every day is a battle for me, but the reality is, you/we HAVE changed our lives. You’re doing absolutely amazing and never lose sight of how far you’ve come. Your success continues to motivate and inspire me – thank you for all that you do, you’re AMAZING!

YOU are your best friend, you have to believe in YOU because no matter how many ppl in the world believes in you; if you don’t then what’s the use of losing the 100lbs that you lost? Hang in there girl.

WOW 47th weigh in–I am so inspired by people like you who keep going so long and so far! I started WW in 2007 and have never been consistent, unlike you! YOU JUST KEEP GOING! You are so awesome and I love your videos. Thanks for keeping sharing your progress! No gain since November??? THAT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! You are so strong!!! <3

keep up the good work, you look fabulous!! I think we all have a point where we eat the “bad food”, but I think it’s better to eat what you crave and satisfy the craving then to deprive yourself, in the end there might be a few pounds gained and that UGH feeling LOL, but just get right back on track the next day.
