Weight Watcher’s: Week 5
i had an AWESOME week! -worked out 5 times (went for 30-45 minute walks 5 days this week -drank more water -york peppermint patties are my new fav treat! low in points and satisfy my sweet cravings without making me want to binge – hooray! -drinking more fruit smoothies – yum! lost 1.2 this week…not bad, i should have lost more since i did so well but i got my monthly visitor this morning so more weight should come off next week as long as i keep doing what i’m doing!

Congrats on an awesome week!
Some time its hard when the scale doesn’t seem to reflect how well we did but sometimes the effects of your hardwork take a while to show, but non-scale victories (even knowing how well you did — feeling great) are as good as seeing a couple pounds off.
Congratulations! You’ve done so well this week; you really deserved it! I’m going to check out the peppermint patties too! Thanks for that tidbit of info!
