If you get time do a haul video or mini fashion show and show us the new clothes you got.
You have NOTHING to be dissapointed about! I think the closer you get to goal, the harder it can get to lose. You have had such amazing progress and you will get to your final goal! Just keep going!!!
I think you’re doing great! It sucks to not lose but my leader said at my last meeting no one is going to lose every single time. I know you will lose next week!!

it can be so frustrating i know… I bet the next few weeks gon be fun for me but after that itll slow down and become frustrating as well at times. u look absolutely beautiful tho and take ur time coz ur doin great at a great program and i can definitely relate to the feelin of almost cryin coz u dont know wat to eat when ur in certain places,tho i havent been in a situation as bad as that yet. but they will come. much luv kat
You’ve lost so much so far in lbs & in inches, be proud this is just one week, it doesn’t have a higher value then all the positive weeks you’ve had! Good luck on the H4H2 challenge you will kick butt!
You are probably retaining water. That happens after a road trip and there is so much sodium in the food when eating out. You are still doing awesome!! Drink tons of water and you will see a drop next week.
i know ur going to make it. We all get discouraged, but know that we are supporting you and cheering for you. You have done amazing so far!!!
Keep up the good work. I look forward to watching your videos every week. Check out the WW IPhone app. It’s full of useful information. Try to add more exercise to speed up weightless.
April – I luv luv luv how honest you are!! The people on the Biggest Loser are in the most confined space, working out like 6+ hours a day and yet some weeks they still gain. 1 LB is no biggie in the grand scheme of things. REMAIN FOCUSED and be so proud of yourself!! What is the challenge you are doing again? I really want to check it out.

Happy Anniversary! I thing the H4H challenge will help keep u motivated! You are so tall and beautiful which is an awesome advantage. I am only 5’5” and I can only weigh a max of 150 so it”s a struggle! Yeah for normal size clothing that is awesome!
You should use the application for the daily plate. I think it’s better than my net diary.
I’ve had gains the last 3 weeks, ugh – very frustrating but just gonna push on through it. I’m sorry you had a gain but at least you did put in that effort – you could have just been like, whatever, and ate whatever, but you didn’t! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
Why can’t you be happy until you get to goal? I’m sorry, but being skinny doesn’t change a thing but your pant size. If you can’t learn to be happy exactly where you are you will never be happy. You will gain everything back. You have lost SO much weight SO quickly, EVERYONE has plataus. EVERYONE. Please chill and respect how far you’ve come. PLEASE! Sorry if I sound angsty but I am. I just don’t want you to undo all you’ve done. I had lost 134 lbs and gained 40 back in the last yr btw
dont give up u can do it yea u gain 1 but u lost 100 u can lose that one keep moving ahead do what u do girl be the best u can be
