Weight Watcher’s: Week 3
Long rambling video! But I talk about my weight loss in the past and why I had such an awful week (no self control). I gotta get my act together if I want to see results. I’m miserable with how I look, and with the way I’ve been eating i FEEL awful. This week will be better, I’m making that promise to YOU and MYSELF. thanks so much for everyone’s support!!

so youve lost weight like 3 times? pre this time.
@ReillyAJ haha thanks. i figured if no one’s home tomorrow i’ll try working out lol. anyways yes i’ve lost weight 3 times before in the past. but for the past 2 years or so i cannot get my act together. i did make a list tonight of all the ways that helped me lose weight last time. i realized i put in a lot of effort and never really gave myself credit for that. i’ll talk more about that in my next video
@KellyDiane521 oh thats cool. so you lost 15lbs all 3 times? on weight watchers? or just on your own? well the 2 times in highschool was just on your own?

you and me both getting our acts together, tomorrow and this week HAS to be much better than the last, it just ruins me when im not eating right, physically, emotionally, mentally, it sucks!
@ReillyAJ i lost 15 lbs the first two times (each) first time on my own (unhealthy ways) then with weight watchers. the third time i lost over 30 lbs by following weight watchers. i was very disciplined and motivated. and i kept the weight off for almost a year. but since then i just haven’t been able to lose more than 5 lbs :-/

I went on Weight watchers 3 (1 week) years ago, lost 3lbs gave up, then did it again last fall (‘09) and lost 6lbs (2 weeks) gave up and then now I’ve lost 30lbs (give or take.. after this weekend IDK lol!) in the last 5 months.
You can do it! I will keep watching and celeberate with you when you reach your goal! You have 20 to lose? Then you’ll be done a lot sooner than me! LOL
