Weight Watchers Points Range for Less Than 150 Pounds?
A friend is very short (about 5 feet tall) and wants to do Weight Watchers. At 145 pounds she is overweight, she wants to get down to about 110. I noticed the points range is 18-23 for less than 150. Would she have to stay within that point range until she reaches her goal, or would she have to decrease the points eventually?

Your number of points is based on your weight and plan stage. Their US patent filing # 6663564 shows the ranges they viewed as acceptable
<150 lbs: 18-25 points/day
150-174: 20-27
175-199: 22-29
200-224: 24-31
225-250: 26-33
>250: 28-35
For the precise number under any specific weight watcher plan you would need to look at their current materials, but this is a good guide post. Most of their current plans put 5 of the daily points into "anytime" points so a range of 18-25 is really a range of 18-20 with 5 of the points being part of your pool of 35 for the week.
Also, keep in mind 1 point is approximately 50 calories so the difference between 18-20 isn’t huge.
