I can’t figure out how to use the "weekly points" and use them on the weight watchers e-tools site.
I mean technically on the site. I know how many points I get each week but can’t find where to post them so the number goes down and shows what i have used.

* Figure out your points target per week.
A point is the measuring tool you will use to basically control the calories you take in each day. Basically, a point is equal to about 50 calories.
The first thing you need to do is figure out the target number of points you can have each day, and still lose weight. To do so, run a search on Google.
You will find there are numerous places where people have posted the quiz that will help you determine your target points each day. This is calculated based on things like your gender, age, height and activity level.
You may want to run your search with items such as "how to determine daily Weight Watchers points" or "how many points can I have each day." Once you do a little digging, you can find the quiz, take it and come up with a points target per day. It may be 26 points per day, or it could be 32.
* Add 35 flex points per week.
Once you know your points target number, realize that you also get 35 flex points per week. These are points you can apply on any given day. It’s probably wise to spread them out throughout the week.
* Learn to count points.
Next you need to learn to count points, so you will know how many you are having each day. You will want to record the points you have for each meal and for snacks, with the goal of reaching your targets point number. Any points over that number will use some of your 35 flex points. However, you do not want to go over the total number of points you are allotted each week.
For calculating points, you can again run some Google searches to find out various tips. One thing to know is that most steamed fresh vegetables do not count as points. Use common sense here, and do not count potatoes as vegetables.
