Weight Watchers Daily Point Allowance for Teenagers?
I want to start weight watchers but don’t want to join because my mom is already doing it and has all the list of foods and points, but to find my daily point allowance is different then the adult one because I am still a teenager. If anyone knows how to calculate the point allowance for teens please let me know. Thanks!

Hey hun! It’s good that you’ve made the decision for a healthier lifestyle. In this particular case, I would start the program with the help of a nutritionist. The point difference is key, as well as the types of foods you should or should not go for. A maturing body needs manyyy different things than an adult body may need, aside from the point system.
You might even be able to pull some research up on the web before you talk to a doctor or anything. For instance, http://www.4teenweightloss.com/
As far as I know, Weight Watchers will require a doctor’s note to allow you to attend meetings and things like that. So just do some research, make a few calls, and you should be well on your way! =)
Best of luck to you!!
