Basically they came up with a system that makes it easier to count calories total fat etc…. You initial induction calculates the total amount of points your allowed per day depending on weight gender and how much you exercise. There is a scale provided with the introduction package that make calculating points easy. You then use that scale to figure out how many points what you are eating is. I think it uses grams of fat, calories, and dietary fiber to calculate the points. Monitor the amount of points you’ve consumed daily and stay under the total amount of allowed points.
Hi. I lost 45kgs on WW. How it works is you calculate the number of points based on saturated fat and calories/kilojoules. To give you an idea – most women will have 22 points a day.
Bread = 1 point/slice
Chocolate = 3 points/25g
Most vegetable are free
You can get bonus points from exercising. Weight watchers is great because you can eat whatever you want as long as it is in your points. I hate diets that restrict certain foods.
