Weight Watchers?

I just started my weight watchers diet today and have a few questions already. I bought a few meals and noticed that a lot of the foods i bought are mostly carbs (Rice, pastas, ect.) Does it matter? or does it only matter that i am eating correct portions and counting my points.

i noticed that too when i first start ht eweight watchers dieting system but i have been using this system for months and i have seen the healthiness in me grow and i look great…between the healthy weight watcher food and exercising daily i have lost @ least 50 pounds..dont worry about it i look great and so will you!
It must be ok because they are weight watchers ones why else would they have them, i have them also..i like the spag bol and beef hotpot yummy!
HELLO. You NEED carbs to give you energy. Low carb diets are good for people who CAN’T move around a lot (like if you broke your leg.)
TRUST ME. Weight watchers work. It’s not a diet. My friend lost 40lbs in 2 months from it (but she is REALLy overewight, that’s why she lost it so fast.)
Just make sure you stay within your point range.
You must eat a varied diet, including veggies and fruits. You cannot live on pasta and other carbs and remain healthy. When I took WW their plan included one or two of each item in a group with various amounts of each to be eaten every day. I never bought their products because I noticed that they were not as healthy as the foods I could put together myself. They do have some good recipes available at their meetings.
yeah i think it will be OK i think its best to EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT but the right portions. just make sure you are having all the types of food you need and count your calories i think that’s the easy way
yes you should be burning about 300 cals for everyday you are on weight watchers that way- the carbs are helping your body- also eat carrots with 2 tabs of pb it gets rid of the belly fat you get from eating carbs-good luck;))
