Weight Watchers?
im starting weight watchers when school ends tomorrow… My goal is to lose 10 pounds by august 7th. but you only lose and average of 2 pounds a week on Weight watchers. How can i speed up the wight loss? Any tips that are rare wood be helpful (and advise from ppl who have used weight watchers)

My sister does weight watchers, they have people there who will help you. And you can lose more then 2 pounds a week? When my sister started she started at 6-7 pounds a week, because it’s water weight. Now, 2 years later she’s at about 3 lbs a week.
WORK OUT AT LEAST 5 DAYS A WEEK!
Just keep on practicing and doing exercise!
Make sure you work out, do some weight training and cardio at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes or more. Then just eat what they give you, and drink plenty of water.
You’re probably young, so you should have no problem losing 2 lbs or more a week. My mom is 50 and she lost 20 lbs in a few months on Jenny Craig, so you will kick a** lol.
The first 1-3 weeks it is not unusual to lose more than two pounds per week as your body is adjusting. (I believe I lost like 5 pounds my first week.) However, Weight Watchers is all about losing the weight in a healthy way that can be continued for the rest of your life. If your weight watchers leader is worth his or her salt, s/he will show some concern if you continually lose more than the 2 pounds that is considered healthy weight loss (after those first few weeks). If you plan on being in Weight Watchers, you will need to accept that sometimes the best way is not the fastest way.
Well my mom was on weight watchers for a while so i went with her to some meetings that they had.Just to kind of keep in mind what they tell you and to excersise.I think some people lost up to like 4 pounds sometimes.Well hope you reach your goal.:D
I am on weight watchers and the best way to speed the process is to add daily exercise–30-60 minutes is enough, and you don’t have to kill yourself. Also, if you are using the flex plan, stick to your daily points only and do not use your flex points at all. At least in the first few weeks you will probably see a loss of 2-4 pounds per week. The first 10-15 drops relatively fast on this plan. You should be able to hit your goal easily by August 7th.
unless you want to starve yourself. you just have to be pateint.
Stick to your points AND exercise and you should hit the mark . Some people in my group lost 10 pounds in a week. But it took change of lifestyle with the way they ate and working out. You have a very reasonable goal and should be able to accomplish it.
