Keep going! Sometimes we have bad weeks, it’s ok! The sodium rich meals shouldn’t matter if you are drinking enough water. So drink more water, I don’t always like water so I drink Crystal Light, it’s really yummy
Also, if you are coming up on your period, that could also be a reason for just the one pound loss. Us women tend to retain water during that time so maybe that could be the reason

@rachelmarye I talked to my Leader about the sodium and she said peoples bodies react differently to sodium and for me to be careful with it too close to weigh in. I only drink water, Ive been doing that since Aug. 07 when i found out i was pregnant. I quit soda cold turkey haha. It also wasnt close to that time of the month, but ive heard that can affect it also.
You’re doing great! Muscle weighs more than fat so keep in mind that as you exercise you’re going to gain muscle and may not be dropping drastic numbers in weight. You can do this, keep at it!
keep up the good work! I know how you feel. Weight should come off a lot faster . Especially when you work out hard. But you will! I just had a chance to uploaded my vlog journey. We can do this!
