I’ve been trying to lose wait too faintstarlite, it’s taken me 4 months to get down for 205 lbs to 195 lbs. My goal weight is 180 pounds. How long to you think it should take me to get to my goal weight, or how long SHOULD I take. Do you exercise daily or once three times a week? Food isn’t a problem for me, I went vegetarian about 3 months ago
