Using Weight Watchers Instead of Counting Calories?
I just joined weight watchers today, but it seems a little confusing to me, I was told to have 29 points a day, for the last 2 weeks I ve been doing my own diet, cutting down on calories, and Harley any sweets, just fruits and vegetables, and I think I have lost about 5 pounds, Im not sure if Im going to stick with weight watchers or not since they dont count calories, and it seems like too much food to eat in one day. Do you think its just better to count calories instead of doing weight watchers?

It’s measure in points
WW have simply converted approximate calories into points. Calorie counting is a complex and inaccurate system for most people. Some fruits can vary wildly in calorie content depending on the size and type consumed. Points just simplify things.
WW is better for your body if you follow the suggestions of food groups you need for proper nutrition while on the diet. It also fuels your body to it’s maximum which in it’s own small way may also aid in weight loss. Fruits and veggies are awesome but not the whole picture of what your body needs. Why the hell ya chewin’ on a Harley anyway? Chewin’ on a motorcycle won’t do you any good-instead go with zero point foods like lettuce or broccoli when you’re really desperate…much better alternative.
weight watchers.. is better
