tips from people already on weight watchers?

ok,so i’m already on weight watchers. i dont wanna lose too much weight, but do you have any tips on how to help myself loose weight faster? i know drinking a lot of water is one thing. any tips on some exercises? if i want to lose 20 pounds, how long do you think it would take (including probably gaining a few pounds around thanksgiving.haha. happens to everyone)? I’ve been on and off weight watchers for a while.

Well I think you should just wait for the results to come, see my mom followed weight watchers to a long time ago and she lost 20 pounds, she looked good for her age and she never looked better, so I say just eat healthy foods and work out more, you’ll get results in no time.

You mean you want to lose weight?
I have some tips here:
You can eat chilly in every meal and drink green tea or coffee. they helps to speed up metabolic rate.
You can do sprinting or sit up as a form of exercise.
Don’t always sit around, walk around whenever you could.
