The food choices/amounts would be determined by how many points you are allowed per day (plus the bonus 35 - depending on how many you have left).  You can still eat the foods you love but at smaller proportions.  

Try different foods, or try making them differently - make the cheese potatoes with lite cheese, fat free milk and no butter.  Instead of candied yams, why not make mashed sweet potatoes?   Green beens have 0 points/serving.  Things like that will help.  Go to the WeightWatchers website.  They have all kinds of recipes.</description>
