The food choices/amounts would be determined by how many points you are allowed per day (plus the bonus 35 – depending on how many you have left). You can still eat the foods you love but at smaller proportions.
Try different foods, or try making them differently – make the cheese potatoes with lite cheese, fat free milk and no butter. Instead of candied yams, why not make mashed sweet potatoes? Green beens have 0 points/serving. Things like that will help. Go to the WeightWatchers website. They have all kinds of recipes.

Keep it fresh and fat free…the Internet is FULL of low calorie recipes..OR Have the day off, you have the rest of the year to get skinny..
