SO today is Day #1 YAHOO!
Let me know how the weigh in went. Oh! I totally know what you mean about family saying things about junk food or chips. I’m afraid that people will say that to me! :S Yesterday I had eggs with spinach in a whole wheat wrap for breakfast and then for lunch I had a side salad with a whole wheat turkey sandwich. then for dinner I had 15 points left over so I had a breakfast sandwich that was like 330 calories and then a sweet potato with special K crackers! I felt bad!
Good for you! I started WW in March 2010 and have lost 30 pounds as of this week. I love the program and it does work! I do gardening, but unfortunately have not found time for exercise yet. I have another 10 pounds to go and hope to meet goal before summer is out. Thanks for the video!
I know how you feel about people kinda like critizing (like the chip example you used) I actually go through that @ work with a guy always bugging me about what I’m eating or saying ohhhh how many pts is that or how many pts do you get just for answering the phone? Just stupid stuff that gets under my skin.
I wished I never said anything @ work about it, but I had to so that I had time to make it to my meetings & weigh in.
I’ve been on WW for 4 weeks now, but I haven’t been tracking lately=(
@Jamie22Danielle Girl, people will be on your ass if you tell them you’re dieting. For me, my family is the worst. They are constantly like “so how much weight have you lost??” when they know I’ve just started. You just have to stay motivated and do it for you! I’ve let negative comments influence how I’ve looked at myself. Pretty soon, you’ll think you can’t do it either. Start over completely, and when you mess up, start better THE NEXT MEAL, not the next day! Do this WITH me! I SUPPORT YOU!
@SuperHopeful2010 Wow, just 10 lbs left?? Don’t give up girl!!!! Congrats on your 30 and check in on the meeting once you’ve met goal, since they are free! That’s the best way to maintain.
@BelievingInDusty Here’s what I read in that book: Eat a big breakfast and try to consume most of your calories early in the day so you have chance to burn them off before bedtime. You’re doing great babe!!

I just started Weight Watchers for the second time around on June 14, 2010. It had worked for me also in the past and also fell off the program gaining some weight back. I am excited to go along the program watching you with your progress as well! My first weigh-in was today and I am down 5 lbs.
