Do you have any of the old books? My mom tried the new program and lost only 1 pound in the first week (she is overweight and usually when she starts WW she loses 3-5 pounds.) I started the old program – not through ww, just using the books at home – and lost over 2.5 pound the first week. I am at a healthy weight already and am just trying to lose a little before I order my wedding dress. Anyway, that I lost more than her on the old plan and that she lost less even though she has a lot more to lose shows there is something wrong with this new plan. I think WW needs to stop doing this new plan. My mom went and calculated the new plan foods she ate for the week with the old plan to see how they compare. She told me that she is eating way more calories on the new plan than the old. You need to make sure you tell the leader as well as send a note to the company to give them feedback. I’m pretty sure the fruit as free is screwing everything up. I mean, if I had enough self control to stop eating when I’m full, I wouldn’t need ww, right?
If you have the old books, do the old program. It really is quite excellent.
If you don’t have the old books, I would start counting fruit. I know they say not to mix the programs, but fruit may be your downfall. If you are eating even just 3 servings of fruit, that can be a sizable percentage of your daily calories.
Good luck!
When you’re looking at choosing a workout plan, it’s important that you make sure it will fit within your lifestyle… because what good is a plan if you don’t have time to work it into your busy day? That’s why I like the Fearless 45 workout program because you can do it at home or on the go and it only takes 20 minutes a day 5 days per week.
