Oscar is still in shocked that Pacquio TKO and retired him that he wanted Pacquio to have a random blood test (as suggested by his Lady – Gay-weather). So the biggest fight of the century is off…thanks to Oscar for his support of the random blood tests. They know that Pacquio lost to Morales after taking the blood test prior to the fight so they know this is Pacquio’s weakness..So they demanded it to ensure victory for his Lady boxer-Gayweather.
