On Weight Watchers and Working Out 4 Days/wk for 6 Weeks, but Not Losing Any Weight. What Am I Doing Wrong?
For the past 6 weeks I’ve been on Weight Watchers and have limited my points to 18 to 20 per week, and have not been using my flex points. I have also been working out 4 days a week with a trainer (cardio and weights). But I have not lost any weight at all. I need to lose about 20 pounds, and am getting very frustrated. What am I doing wrong?

losing fat though? muscle comes and replaces the weight of fat lost..
also, maybe you are not eating enough protien which releases the chemical to get rid of fat cells, where as carbohdrates release the one to store them..
You don’t say how many pounds you have lost. It’s normal to lose 1-2 pounds per week using Weight Watchers.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water . . . also use your points counter and journal everything you put in your mouth. There are boxes on the journal to check for all the water, fruits/veggies and milk you need each day. Vary your foods – variety is important.
You may also want to rebalance the way you use points if none of the above seem to work. One day eat 18 points, the next use 23 points (a couple of your extra), then back down to 19, etc. That seems to work for some people who are stuck in a rut.
Talk to your leader.
I bet you are not having enough points. Believe it or not!
That’s what happened to me!
