WW works! I’ve lost 25 lbs since Jan. 4. My sister has lost 36 lbs since december. Another friend has lost 27 lbs since the middle of Jan. No free points list out there but if you join online they have a special going and it’s $54 for three months. In three months you can get used to the program then just do it yourself. Good luck!
You can join online for 21.95 a month and it’s well worth it. I personally find it better than going to meetings and weighing in….it works for me. As far as the new points plus info is concerned I do believe you have to join to get that information. I have yet to see it listed anywhere that is up to date. Good luck! It’s an awesome program. As far as money to pay for it is concerned….I found that not buying chips and going to McDonalds etc quickly gave me the money to buy the program with money left over…that’s being put to one side for my new clothes that I will start to need in a few lbs. As far as the objection raised that weight watchers does not teach you how to eat healthily…yes they do and you also will learn about portion control. You have choices…What they don’t do is treat you like a child that needs to be held by the hand. This is the best eating for life program I have ever come across.
Don’t join any website.. They are just scams. There is no magic button that will make you lose weight. I saw a commercial for them and this is what it said.
Weight Watchers
Finally, a fat burning click.
Waste. Big Waste. Their special "foods that make you lose weight" will not do anything. Look at what they give. Brownies, cake..
Go to WikiWeightWatchers.com
It lists all the points for foods….free.
it is a waste of time…it doesnt teach u how to eat right….you would be better off joinin an online site to help u track calories, like caloriecount.about.com
googles has a weight watchers point plus complete food list cheat sheet you can view and download, however page 70 is missing.
