I just started weight watchers 2 weeks ago. My goal is to lose 60 pounds. I have stuck with my points and have exercised 5 times a week. I have only lost 3 pounds in those 2 weeks! Is that normal? I was hoping to lose 2-3 pounds a week.

You lose weight at different rates every week. But stick to it. My mom is a weight watcher’s leader. She weighed 210 pounds when she started, and now she weighs 140. It took her a year to do this, and she did it all with dieting. She didn’t really exercise besides a walk around the block. You can do it. When it takes awhile to lose your more likely to keep it off, because you’ve developed better eating habits over time (hopefully :]) what kind of foods are you eating with your points? I also know it matters what you eat.
You loose weight at varying rates and sometimes loose none and then you start loosing it again the main thing and the hardest thing is patience when you are losing weight.
