I used the weight, height, age, etc calculator and got 27 points. My family used to do Weight Watchers but I can’t find the information booklets. Does this number mean 27 points to maintain my weight? Or is there a way to find out how many to intake to lose the optimal amount of weight. I do 30 mins of Wii Fit everyday, and lots of walking, so I am moderately active. Any ideas? :)
