i have been on weight watchers for about 1 day now .

Congratulations, a loss of 7 pds in one day is great, now stop braging.
If you have only been on weight watchers for 1 day you cannot really say you are on weight watchers yet.
Yes, it is very common to have a big drop in weight, it has to do with the amount of water you have in your system. Try to make sure your not dehydrated.
Even if you have had a true weight loss, but have increased your liquid intake you could have a weight gain because of it.
Continue to weigh yourself daily, and make sure you get enough liquid every day, after the first couple of days the liquid will remain the same, and the true weight loss will start to show.
Don’t weigh yourself but every so often. It is normal to fluctuate a couple pounds daily or weekly or even monthly when its that time of the month.
Yes it’s normal. Weight Watchers food plan causes water weight to go bye bye. Congrats on the loss…keep it up! You will lose a lot at first and then hit a plateau for awhile. Don’t give up! That to will pass…..
