Is Anyone Currently Doing Weight Watchers and Curves at the Same-Time? Does It Work? ?
I heard the weight watchers is a great diet to maintain and it’s very healthy. I also heard that Curve’s offers a great exercise routine for working mom’s and what not. I have recently joined both at the same time. Just wondering if you have any input about going through with this.

I disagree with the poster who says you should weigh yourself every day. There are too many fluctuations day to day (especially if you’re a woman) and it is very easy to become discouraged if you focus strictly on your weight.
When it comes to maintaining a healthy weight, food choice and exercise are both essential. I say food choice, because too often we look at "diet" as something bad or at the very least, only temporary. It takes a lifetime commitment to making the best choices you can every day. And allowing yourself to make mistakes, learn from them, and continue on.
If Curves gives you what you need as far as a workout goes, that’s just great. But consider this also… if you plan to increase your strength and stamina beyond the basic workout you get there, you may have to look elsewhere. I’m a personal trainer, and I’ve worked with several women who have "outgrown" Curves. I’ve helped them increase the intensity of their workouts, improve their overall fitness level, which has ultimately led to them achieving their goal of lowered body fat (this measures the proportion of body fat to their overall body weight and is more accurate than just the number on the scale).
Exercise is just as vital as food consumption when it comes to losing weight. There’s plenty of excellent guidance for exercise on the web portal in the box below. I lost 7 pounds by using their methods.
