Inspiration: Losing 100lbs and Maintaining It
Blog post: www.faintstarlite.com Michelle from EatingJourney.com shares how she’s maintained her 100lb weight loss. She’s the friend who inspired me to join Weight Watchers after I saw how successful she had been. Michelle is an amazing blogger who writes passionately (and constantly!) about her relationship with food and how she’s overcoming challenges like binge eating and candida (yeastball in her intestines). Her website: eatingjourney.com Her YouTube channel: www.youtube.com

@ davevt04: congrats! that’s a life-changing amount… and you’re right – it’s tougher in the beginning when you have to create new habits
I actually just started weight watchers last week
it’s a great program!
Sleep? That’s interesting.
That was such a great speech. I’m going to send this to a friend of mine who’s trying to lose weight. I always tell her she needs to get sleep, most important thing.
And those ideas are true for every kind of addiction/laziness/compulsion or self destructive behavior. Double check and see if you really want this. It’s all about recognizing what you really want.
I just rejoined yesterday, and I’m SO glad I did. The program works.
@faintstarlite
i agree. not everyone is the same and everyone has different needs. i was just saying what happened to me is all.
Great Video!!
Thank you
great video! thank you!
thanks for the video inspiration … back to tracking and healthy living (: i lost focus but now going to be back on track (starting from this moment)!
G’luck everyone else!
The sleep point is so true and SO underrated.
great video thank you
From what I’ve read by many trainers, have one cheat meal a week. This will help you maintain a good diet. Don’t go nuts with a cheat meal, but if you crave a slice of pizza, have one. A burger? Why not.
wow she looks good for her age!
im kinda jealsous now!
I really needed this video right now, thank you!
After watching this video this weekend I signed up for Weight Watchers Online. Today is my first day. I’m going to get a membership at our YMCA sometime this week. Hopefully I’ll be able to be a success story like Michelle and you!
Hey, you’re still on YouTube. lol
I remember all you YouTube bloggers before you sold out. Even TheAmazingAtheist is doing plugs nowadays.
Thank you
What she doesn’t say is she was also a man in high school
that is awesome
Hello, Esther!
I have a playlist called “Health” that talks about the Japanese diet. Japan has the lowest obesity rate in the world. Maybe it helps. The playlist is right in the front page of my channel.
Wow… good info here!!!
fainstarlite I’m so grateful for your videos. I stared to watch them when i was loking for hope to have my body back. After my baby was born i had my postpartum depression. I got a lot of weight .
I stared weight watcher online 2 weeks ago. I don’t check if i lost weight because I’m too scare to disappoint myself!
Thanks Esther, just watched the video again for inspiration (for what I’m sure is the hundredth time). You and Michelle are right about it being in your heart, that’s where I’m having conflict – Did you ever struggle with that?
My head’s all for it and yet my heart being’s all sentimental about letting go – on some deep level, I’m reluctant to let go of my ‘fat suit’. While I’ve been having a great fun this week at playtime (aka gym), I haven’t quite nailed the eating part of the equation. -Gx
You are right about everything you say!
Thank you so much – you ARE an inspiration and you are so right.
