I'm New to Weight Watchers and Looking for Dinner Menu Tips?
Hello, I just completed my first week of weight watchers. I lost an initial 6lbs for my first week. So far the only challenge that I see in the future is my dinner plan. I was able to pull off eating different meals than my family for this week but I don’t think it’s very probable for that to continue. I’m looking for fellow weight watchers who also have to cook for a husband and children and looking for sample dinners with ingredients and points values. Nothing strange or extravagant, I have to cook for 3 boys
Any ideas?

Have you tried the ziploc (or glad) steamer bags for the microwave? They ROCK! You can create really good side dishes with healthy veggies (I use smart balance spray – not butter) and even make juicy chicken breasts. I have only started using them but they might help you. You can check ziploc.com or glad.com for a bunch of recipe ideas. Good luck!
Also – pork tenderloin (if you only have a small portion) is low in fat and your guys will love that!
