Hello, I just completed my first week of weight watchers. I lost an initial 6lbs for my first week. So far the only challenge that I see in the future is my dinner plan. I was able to pull off eating different meals than my family for this week but I don’t think it’s very probable for that to continue. I’m looking for fellow weight watchers who also have to cook for a husband and children and looking for sample dinners with ingredients and points values. Nothing strange or extravagant, I have to cook for 3 boys :) Any ideas?
