I Need General Info About Weight Watchers?
I want to do weight watchers, but can not join because of lack of funds. I have done some research and found out my daily points and I also know how to get points for foods. I just have some basic questions like if a food is zero can I eat as much as I want? Also I read about the filling food list, can anyone tell me what is on the list? Any other info would be great also.

Why dont you join us on Spark People. It if free and great support and great site with many forums for specific things, like for people who binge, people who believe in angels, specific states, age groups, parents of teens, and a bunch bunch more. There is a page for tracking food you ate and most of the items are in there with nutrition info or you can add it and it saves. They have their diet plan but it is so great with goals. Check it out. It is totally free and when you register be truthful because what you put in there they will start you out with some groups that fit just you.
I dont know much about weight watchers but if you dont get the answers you want come check us out.
hey! i’m a weightwatchers member of about 3 years now and i wanna tell you that you’ve chosen a great program because weight watchers is amazing! foods that are zero points you can eat as much as you want, but the key is to eat until you’re not hungry anymore. the filling foods (core foods) list are basically fruits and vegetables.
If your able to get the book it would really help you. Most people I know sign up once, and then keep the book, and just do it by themselves from then on. if you have a friend who has done it before it would be perfect to borrow their book. They have a weekly weigh in, in front of everyone so it keeps you accountable. Also they have some very good videos that are SO motivating to watch about cutting down your portion sizes.
