I’m not surprised by the negative comments. Here’s why. When I was young, especially a teenage girl, I had a body to die for. I was a dancer, and was extremely atheletic. Then, I was blind sided by a health condition, and the medications for it caused me to gain alot of weight. Then, I became depressed and began to give up and eat what I wanted.
I remember when I was young, I MADE FUN OF FAT PEOPLE. TRUST ME, young ones, anything can happen in life and you could find yourself struggling too

This is amazing. I’m going to start Core this week. I’m scared that this going to be yet another failure for me but i can see your attitude and it gives me inspiration. And by the way, I’m close to 300lbs. I want to get healthy so badly!

just because someone still has hips doesn’t mean they’re obese. Sounds to me like your idea of a woman is one that has no curves, no boobs, and basically looks like a 12 year old boy w/ long hair?

Going from grossly obese to obese is certainly an achievement. Íf she hadn’t stuffed herself with food in the first place, this would not have been necessary.
