How much weight do you think I could lose by July if I stick with it?

The pattern for losing weight is not difficult – eat less food and move more often – the issues appear when we really try to put that into operation! There are loads of temptations in the real world don’t you think?! The sole thing which really delivered for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I melted away 30 pounds, it really does produce success!
One of my teachers used it..but she also went ot the gym a few times a week. She looks really good(from what she did in the begninning of the year)! She lost 20-30 pounds in the 4 months we’ve had school. Don’t worry, you will start seeing results…6weeks max.(:
This is a great diet to help jumpstart a healthy life, but the problem with diets such as this is, you have to learn to stay healthy when you get off your so called “diet”. Being healthy needs to be choosen as a lifestyle, not a temporary diet, you will never keep the weight off then. Weight watchers does a great job at getting the wieght off, and showing you how to be healthy, but just make sure when you go off, you stay just as healthy, it’s a lifestyle honestly. My parents went on it, and lost alot of weight, but when they were happy with what they lost, they went off and gained even more. So just be careful. Good luck, join a gym, eat veggies and fruits and lean meats. : )
As long as you pay attention to portions, and are honest with yourself, you can be VERY successful. In about 6 months, I lost 45lbs. But I got off track because I thought I knew what I was doing when I hadn’t even got to my goal weight, and ended up gaining 18lbs lol. I’m getting back on track now, it’s slow going back, but I’m doing it.
Just remember that it’s barely a diet, it’s a healthy way of living. It’s the ONLY diet I would recommend to someone. You don’t learn how to eat right and be active on Nutrisystem or any other diet. And people can complain about the points all they want, they actually HELP you more than anything!
I have been very successful on Weight Watchers. Not only have a lost weight and kept it off, I’ve also brought my cholesterol level down by over 40 points. The beauty of Weight Watchers is that it is not a diet that you go off of once you’ve lost your weight. It’s a lifestyle that you continue to live and that’s the secret to keeping the weight off. Although tracking can sometimes be difficult, it is important to track. Speak up and get to know people in your meeting. Other members are a great source of inspiration and tips for staying on track. My best motivation tip: If you believe that this truly a lifestyle change and not a diet, you won’t let one bad week get the best of you. Best of luck to you-you made a great decision for yourself.
