How Much You Lose on the First Week of Weight Watchers?

I just started Weight Watchers and today is the weigh in, and I noticed that I didn’t lose anything at all. I haven’t been exercising yet, as I just wanted to see effective WW is without the workout
what is the normal weight lost for the first week?
is it normal if I didn’t lose any weight?
does it mean I’m not doing it right?

Depending on your rate of metabolism, anywhere from 2 to 5 pounds.
Edited: If you are not losing any weight at first, it is because your metabolism is really fooled up. It will take time, but you will lose weight. Don’t give up. Good luck.
