~Bill Kaulitz is hot =D~ MY MAN! asked:
What do u get for the points?
I am 5’3in and weigh 206lbs!
My goal is to be 130lbs-145 lbs!
How long will it take me to loose the weight of my goal if I use weight watchers?
It doesnt matter how long it takes…..one year is well enough for me!
I just want to be fit!

To be honest, I’ve never done Weight Watchers, but my mom has, successfully.
It’s all about taking things at a certain pace… I mean, you’re evaluated and they’ll set a goal for how many points you’ll have a day… usually they start you off slow, at food portions that you’re already familiar with.
You’re pretty heavy so they’ll probably start you at something high like 25 points a day. Then each week they’ll keep dropping the amount of points you can have until you have a daily plan that’s actually healthy. And if you stick to the plan (that’s designed not to be difficult) then you’ll lose weight at a steady pace.
Anyway, I’m not sure if you could reach your goal weight in 3 months on Weight Watchers. Like I said, it’s about moderation. I guess you’re trying to lose the weight in time for swimsuit season, but you can’t rush these things. Your habits slowly formed the body you have now and it will take time for you to reach a healthy weight.
I can’t really give you an answer as to how long it will take to reach your goal. I have been on Weight Watchers for about 3 months and I’ve lost about 15 pounds. My friend (male) has lost about 40. To start, your first main goal will be a 20 pound weight loss to lose 10% of your body weight. My 10% is 17 pounds.
I eat everything on Weight Watchers. My breakfast usually consists of a measured portion of whole grain cereal (such as Honeynut cheerios) with a cup of skim milk. Along with that I have 2 slices of lean ham cut into strips and cooked on the stove. I also add fruit and have a glass of water with my multivitamin.
The rest of my meals vary. Some days I have sandwiches and salads, some days I have boca burgers, carrots, hummus, chicken. Once a week I have a treat meal, such as Sesame Chicken with brown rice and string beans.
I try to eat plenty of whole grains, drink water, and I add veggies to all of my meals and snacks (excluding breakfast). I’ve had some slip-ups, but I’ve been successful overall.
Good luck!
By the way, depending on your age and activity level you have about 27 points. If you are older, the number will be lower and if you are more active the number can be higher. The calculations assume you are inactive and between the ages of 17 and 26.
