How Much Weight Will I Lose if I Start to Jog and Do Weight Watchers?
I want to lose weight but I am not all about that diet pill stuff. I tried weight watchers before but I was really busy with getting things ready for my wedding that it was the last thing on my mind to eat right.
If I do weight watchers and run/gym how much weight do you think I would lose in about 2 weeks?

It depends on your body. My husband could run, exercise, diet, etc. and not lose any weight at all until we found an alkaline diet. He’s finally losing weight. Go to phmiracle.com to check it out. But everyone’s body loses weight at a different rate. Someone who jogs everyday while on weight watchers for two weeks could lose 5 lbs where are someone else could lose only 2.

No one cant put a number to say how much weight you will lose, everyone is different in losing weight. It also has to depend on what you eat.

2 weeks is not a long time i would push it it too alteast 2 months, if you really want to lose weight.
If you’re looking for a specific diet that has been proven to work and is easy to follow/maintain, check out the Dukan Diet. My Dad took it up around 8 weeks ago, starting at a weight of 106kg and is now 82kg and lowering. All you have to do I’m pretty sure is follow the guide and walk every day or night for about 2 km. If you have a banister rail or a balustrade that will support you, sit on it and pump your legs as if you are riding a bicycle, taking care not to fall off of course.
