How Much Weight Will I Loose on Weight Watchers in Two Months? Im 16 and Weigh 220 Pounds?
Workout in the gym 3 times a week 30 min cardio and 30 min strength training each time
only consume one small slurpee every three days
limit junkfood to a minimum to maybe a piece of candy a day
play basketball frequently
shovling dirt and carrying heavy objects ( wont damage my back)
follow the rules of weight watchers the best i can
